Neck, Shoulders + Upper Back

In this class, we focus on our neck, shoulders and upper back balancing out the hip work we did in the Back to the Hips class. Please have a set of Tune Up balls (or tennis balls), an Alpha ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket, as well as a bolster (optional for savasana).
