This gentle “flow” class focuses on the foundations of our practice. Through slow and intentional movements, we develop greater awareness of our breath and our body. We will take the time to feel into our body to sense alignment in each pose, and to quiet the mind to better listen to the body. This is a nice class if you are starting on your yoga journey, and offers more seasoned yogis a chance to tune back into the foundations of a yoga practice.

This class represents Toni’s attempt to bring the concepts, energy and touch from her and Mukund’s healing work into the yoga practice. There is an emphasis on awareness of what is happening within your own body in order to help you better listen to the messages your body is sending you.

Expect a combination of rolling work and spiritual teachings woven into a moderate level vinyasa flow class.

Options are given to accommodate all levels of practitioner. Experienced hands on assists are incorporated into class for those students who would like to receive them. The attempt is to create an experience in class that will feel healing to you and help you understand ways to support your mental and physical health.

All levels of practitioners are welcome and encouraged.
