In this fourth core essentials class, we emphasize getting breath to “go back,” tubularizing, and cultivating a “center” which can compliment the healing work that Toni and Mukund do. Same sequence as preceding sessions. Class ends with a short gut rollout and a yogic rhythmic breath concentration.
Props: You will need a hard floor as a sliding surface to put a blanket or towel on, massage balls, strap, blocks, Courageous Ball.
