Louis' class involves the whole body, and explores a different theme every month. This holiday season he will guide us to inhabit the many layers (physical, mental, emotional, and pranic) of our core and breath. He guides us to build strength in the core as well as to learn how to soften there which is so important to health. He brilliantly explains how this work is so complementary to the healing work that Mukund and Toni offer.
IMPORTANT: you will need a hard floor (off camera is fine) as a sliding surface to put a blanket or towel on. In these sessions we'll regularly practice the "sidewinder," a dynamic side body strengthening exercise which is essential. But you need to be able to slide to do it.
You will also practice other essentials like the diaphragm vacuum, the revolved abdominal pose, spinal undulations, reverse spinal backbend twist, intercostal crunches, and pelvic diaphragm contract/relax. Deep sensitivity, receptivity, and resilience awaits!
