Tuesday Night Chillout #28: More Leg Stretch

Did you run or have a leg day at the gym? Walk a few kilometers and work at your stand-up desk? Great! Stretch out your legs before you sleep. Start by massaging your behind — the one that may have been sacrificed to the chair. Proceed with several rounds of half-happy baby mini vinyasa — slowly. Uncork all the new sensations. Stretch your quad on your gut, stretch your inner thigh on your sides. Classic pigeon pose, face down twisting triangle and (while you’re at it), unkink your shoulders with some “open sesame.” Cap it all off with some soft diaphragm vacuums and bone breathing in starfish.
