Tuesday Night Chillout #27: Leg Stretch

Been running? Or running around all day? Or did some heavy duty weight training? Or just want to stretch your legs? Here we go: start with your fingers between your toes, wring out your arches, and roll your ankles. Proceed with a yummy calf massage followed by stretches for your butt, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs and an excavation of the pelvic funnel (micro-stretching the deep hip flexors) while bending and twisting your spine. Cap it all off with focussed attention breathing. What do your heart and lungs say to each other?
