Grounding and Balance in flow

Toni’s in New York amidst the hustle and bustle. This class explores the question, how do we stay grounded in such a busy, fast, diverse and populous world?   Part of it is simply taking care of yourself. She begins by helping us align our energetic centers in the pelvis, heart, and skull as a grounding tool. A lovely foot massage (inspired by a barefoot Amish gentleman she met) gives us another tool to ground as she guides us into a signature flow peppered with one-legged balances (including on the tip-toes!) without judgement when we wobble or fall-out. Balance is a practice. The class concludes with Toni’s offering of energy in relaxation.
