Alpha ball on the lumbar’s pelvic rim. Then, toted balls traveling like train wheels on the tracks of the back creating a “caress wave” slowly, snail-like plowing down each side of the spinal divide. Standard fare from there: dynamic hips, rib reps in supported fish, cat-cow, dynamic twists in heroes pose on the ball. Boomerangs, gut massages and leg stretches build to bone breathing star fish. Stay. Posturpedic sink into the sand. Stay on the beach as Louis signs off…
