Coaxing your psoas to open

This class focusses on the psoas (a hip flexor which contracts when we feel nervous or scared) and trying to coax more openness in this key area of the body. Releasing it can signal to our nervous system that it is ok to relax and rest. This offers our bodies the chance to heal anything we may need to heal.
