Lower Body, Calves and Feet

Following our Tour of the Organs, where we spent a lot of time focused in the torso and gut, this class is designed to move to the lower body. We will do some hip work, as well as focus on the calves and the feet.
Please have all your props at hand: a Coregeous ball, set of tune up balls, an alpha ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket. Tennis balls make decent substitutes for the tune up balls. A Coregeous ball will be an important prop for this class and many others. Please let me know if you need assistance getting one and we will make it happen!
