Class begins with a patient foot massage followed by shoulder rolls and neck and wrist stretches. Elongate the side body in closed gate pose and child’s pose before reclining fully. The session concludes with three leg stretches, a neck massage with the alpha ball, and meditations on the yogic rhythmic breath in reclined butterfly and savasana.
