Abdominal Roll Out Basics 1

In this inaugural practice, students learn the abdominal breath, the thoracic breath, the complete yogic breath, the “contract/relax” breath, and the “tubular” Core while massaging three standard points on the belly and connecting to the major organs. The session concludes with a breath concentration exercise using the heartbeat.
Please no eating two hours before practicing. No coffee drinks. Sipping tea before class is okay. Please have a Coregeous ball (or rolled up towel, in a pinch), a bolster or couch cushion, and a blanket.
