Listening for your Rhythm

In this class, we will work with rhythm and pace, and how to hold ourselves when we need to find a different pace in life for some period of time. Please have all your props on hand: a Coregeous ball, a set of tune up balls, an Alpha ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket. A rolled up towel can be substituted for the Coregeous ball if needed. Tennis balls make decent substitutes for the tune up balls and you can use your palm in place of the Alpha ball.
