Healing Yoga Flow

Toni teaches a 90 minute healing, flow-based practice which incorporates healing concepts throughout.

Tuesday Night Chill Out

The goal of this 60 minute class is to prepare to rest. It will include long, slow stretches, gentle breath work, self massage and transportive savasana.

Subtle Conditioning for Yogis

Louis guides us through a 90 min practice to inhabit the many layers (physical, mental, emotional, and pranic) of ourselves. While each class involves the whole body, every month we will explore a different theme. Currently, he’s taking us on a deep dive into the foundation of every step we take: your precious and often overlooked feet. From toes to knees to hips, refine your walk of life.
